Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Yousfi Tech (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Description
Yousfi Tech provides web design, development, e-commerce solutions, growth optimization, and ongoing maintenance services. The scope of each project is defined in a separate proposal or statement of work agreed upon by both parties.
3. Client Obligations
The client agrees to provide all necessary content, assets, access credentials, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays caused by the client may result in adjusted timelines and additional fees. The client is responsible for the accuracy and legality of all content provided.
4. Payment Terms
Payment schedules, amounts, and methods are outlined in the project proposal. Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit of 50% is required before work commences. The remaining balance is due upon project completion. Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 1.5% per month.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of all custom deliverables created specifically for the project. Yousfi Tech retains the right to use the work in portfolios and marketing materials unless explicitly agreed otherwise. Third-party licenses (fonts, stock imagery, plugins) remain subject to their respective terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
Yousfi Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 15 days' written notice. In case of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the project agreement.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Wyoming.
